seleccionar linea de un textbox multilinea

PORFA AYUDENME CON ESTA NO SE SI NO ME DOY A ENTENDER CON MIS PREGUNTAS QEU NO ME RESPONDEN JAJJAJAJAJA
tengo un textbox multilinea y alli cargo un archivo.txt como haga para cuando cargo el txt lo que sale en la primera linea del texbox multilinea me aparezca en otro texbox

Tambien podes usar SendMessage o  Line Input al cargar
